THIS terms of service Agreement (the "Agreement"), is made and entered, by and between
Instant Web-Net Technologies Limited, incorporated in the Federal Republic of Nigeria with its registered office at Block 1A Plot 8, Diamond Estate, Isheri Olofin, Lagos, ("IWNTL")
Any person ("The Client"), who has visited https://7bforex.ng ("The Website") for the purpose of using any of the services provided by IWNTL through The Website.
WHEREAS IWNTL provides account opening, deposit assistance, withdrawal assistance and client support services to clients of 7B Forex Limited, resident in Nigeria
WHEREAS The Client desires to from to time, use the services provided by IWNTL through The Website.
NOW THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:
This agreement is made between 7B Forex Limited, Reg Number IBC24499 with registered address at Suite 305, Griffith Corporate Centre, St. Vincent and the Grenadines. (hereinafter - the Company), and any person (hereinafter - the Client) who fills out the registration form to open an account on any or all of the listed websites https://7Bforex.com, https://7Bforex.ng (hereinafter - the Website) for the opportunity to use services of the Website according to the terms and conditions of this agreement (hereinafter - the Agreement).
The Client accepts the Agreement by registering and creating an account on the Website. Acceptance of the Agreement implies full unconditional acceptance of the conditions of the Agreement by the Client. In the event of any conflict between the English version of this Agreement and the texts in other languages, the English version shall prevail.
Financial instruments - exchange indices, shares, commodities, and currency pairs which are available for trading.
Balance - the account balance, which is available after carrying out the last transaction.
Asset - the object of a trading operation, which is based on a change in value during a predetermined period of time.
Account currency - the currency an account is denominated in e.g Naira, Cedi, Dollar.
Open position - a transaction with a purchased asset before its expiration.
Trade - the acquisition (purchase) of an asset.
Trading activity - the operations the Client performs when depositing funds into a real account and conducting trading operations on the Client's real account.
Collection of personal information:
When the Client uses the feedback form of the Website or opens a real or demo account, the Company collects all the information necessary for transferring, storing and protecting the client's funds and assets, and for providing the Client with necessary services, via the Website server. Personal data collected by the Company includes:
The Company may also collect information recorded by its web server (for instance, the interface language, browser type, time of last visit), to analyze the operation of the platform, provide the Client with the most suitable products and services, and block access to the Website for scammers.

The login and password used by the Client to access the Website are considered his private property. The Company is not responsible for the use of such data, nor does it monitor how the client manages his account using this data. The client, in turn, is obliged to immediately inform the support about any unauthorized or suspicious activities that involve the use of their personal account.

Protection of underage users

Duration of consent

In order to obtain information regarding the processing of the Client's personal data, make enquiries about the list of the personal data or withdraw their consent to the processing of the personal data, the Client should send an e-mail to support@7Bforex.com. If the Client withdraws their consent to the processing of personal data, they can no longer use the platform. The Client's account will be blocked, and the funds will be available for withdrawal.
